Design-assist of a new 347,064 gsf., double winged building, with each wing having 6-stories. The building is to be added to a campus of buildings. This is primarily a research and development facility with open and private office spaces, electronic laboratory spaces, conference rooms, privacy rooms, small meeting rooms, a multi-use room with appropriate restrooms on each floor. HVAC systems included a campus central plant, large central air conditioning and heating systems, natural venilation system, plumbing for cafeteria and kitchen areas. A series of bridges have been provided as a pedestrian convenience to provide greater working connectivity for the employees from the north wing to the south wing of this large building.
