Pacific Rim Mechanical Wins Two Eagle Awards at ABC Excellence in Construction Awards

Pacific Rim Mechanical is proud to announce it received two Eagle Awards at the Associated Builders and Contractors Excellence in Construction Awards, at the Richard Nixon Presidential Library and Museum in Yorba Linda, California. The Eagle Award represents the highest honor in the program, recognizing outstanding construction projects for excellence in quality, innovation, and teamwork.

Pacific Rim Mechanical was recognized for its work on two Southern California projects: Westlake Labs in Thousand Oaks and Edwards Lifesciences – Daimler in Irvine.

The Westlake Labs project transformed a 98,776-square-foot property into a modern life science research destination, delivering 40,000 square feet of premium laboratory space designed to support future biotech tenants.

At Edwards Lifesciences’ Daimler facility, Pacific Rim Mechanical supported the expansion of the company’s Orange County headquarters with the addition of a 52,000-square-foot facility featuring nearly 44,000 square feet of advanced laboratory space for research and testing.

“These awards reflect the expertise, craftsmanship, and collaboration of our entire team,” said Pacific Rim Mechanical leadership. “We are honored to have these projects recognized alongside the industry’s best.”

The Excellence in Construction Awards celebrate the most innovative and high-quality projects completed by ABC members each year.
