Founded in 1987, Pacific Rim Mechanical is one of the largest mechanical contractors on the West Coast. Aaron joined Pac Rim in 2015. As the Construction Division Manager, he builds strong teams through training, mentorship, and collaboration. Known for his attention to detail, he ensures projects meet technical and regulatory standards while fostering lasting client relationships.
Andrew began as a Service Apprentice in 2003 and has held multiple roles in Pac Rim’s Service Group. Now Director of Service Operations, he leads teams to deliver results, streamline processes, and build strong customer experiences while creating sustainable foundations for long-term growth.
Blake West joined Pac Rim in 2016 and is the Preconstruction Manager for Greater Los Angeles and Orange County, leading project planning and budgeting with precision and innovation. With expertise in cost analysis and design coordination, he ensures seamless preconstruction execution and strong client partnerships across diverse, high-impact construction projects.
Bo joined Pac Rim in 2012 with a strong technical foundation from Cal Poly SLO and industry experience since 2001. As Chief Engineer, he leads the engineering team in designing and coordinating complex systems, with expertise in electrification, sustainability, and integrated delivery from preconstruction through commissioning.
Brett joined Pac Rim in 2004 after a decade in the industry. As Director of Service Sales, he leads teams in building client relationships, developing project solutions, and exceeding expectations through pursuit and proposal. He focuses on team cohesion, efficiency, and long term customer partnerships.
Brian joined Pac Rim in 1992 after starting in the trade in 1990. Rising from Apprentice to Journeyman, Foreman, and Superintendent, he is now General Superintendent of San Diego, overseeing all field labor operations. His hands-on leadership and expertise have advanced Pac Rim’s construction capabilities.
Carlos Perez joined Pac Rim in 1996 and is the Preconstruction Manager in our San Diego office. Carlos leads project planning and budget development with precision and strategic insight. Drawing on deep expertise in cost analysis and design collaboration, he streamlines preconstruction efforts while building strong, long-term client relationships across a diverse portfolio of complex construction projects.
Colin joined Pac Rim in 1998 after international project and consulting experience. Serving his entire tenure in Operations, he is now as Executive Vice President. He has been key in building Operations, VDC, and Prefabrication groups, aligning leadership with the company’s mission, vision, and sustainable growth goals.
Craig joined Pac Rim in 1992 and has been instrumental in the growth of the service department. As Executive Vice President of Maintenance Sales, he oversees all sales operations, guiding teams to deliver tailored mechanical solutions while fostering long-term client partnerships, strategic growth, and high service standards.
Houston joined Pac Rim in 2008 with industry experience since 1999. As Director of Building Automation Systems, he focuses on delivering smart, efficient, and reliable solutions that improve system performance and support long-term building operations.
James joined Pac Rim in 2022, bringing decades of industry experience since 1994. As CFO, he oversees financial operations, compliance, HR, and overall financial health. He ensures the company’s foundation remains strong while supporting long-term growth, financial integrity, and strategic direction.
Jimmy joined Pac Rim in 1990 as a Sheetmetal Apprentice, advancing to Journeyman, Foreman, and Superintendent. Now General Superintendent for IE/LA/OC, he oversees all field labor operations. A trusted leader since his Foreman days, he excels in tackling tough projects, leading with confidence, and delivering successful outcomes.
Joe joined Pac Rim in 1994 after early HVAC experience in Grass Valley. Rising through Preconstruction to President and CEO, he led the company through remarkable growth. Now Executive Chairman, he supports the Board, drives strategic initiatives, and champions engineering and preconstruction while remaining actively engaged with those teams.
John joined Pac Rim in 1994 as a first-year apprentice plumber while earning his engineering degree. Rising through multiple roles, he is now President & CEO. John works closely with leaders across divisions to advance the company’s mission, strengthen its vision, and drive long term success.
Justin joined Pac Rim in 2012 as an Assistant Project Manager and has grown within the Operations group. Now as Vice President of Operations for San Diego Construction, he oversees daily operations and leads the project management team, focusing on people, processes, and procedures that keep projects efficient and teams aligned.
Steve joined Pac Rim in 1992 after more than a decade in the industry. Promoted to leadership in 2013, he reshaped the Service organization and built its growth culture. As Executive Vice President, he drives strategy and innovation to ensure long-term success.
Ted co-founded Pac Rim in 1987 after nearly a decade in the industry. As Executive Vice President, he supports preconstruction and engineering, mentors across the organization, and advances company processes. Dedicated to continuous improvement, he remains actively engaged in guiding the firm’s growth and success.
Troy joined Pac Rim in 2000 as an Assistant Project Manager before moving into Preconstruction in 2008. Now Vice President of Preconstruction, he leads engineering, estimating, and preconstruction teams, manages the construction pipeline, and builds long term client relationships while driving solutions for complex challenges and advancing group wide procedures.
