3D CAD Coordination / Detailing

Pacific Rim Mechanical often takes the lead role in coordinating all the above ceiling utilities. The multiple trade drawings are integrated into a single 3D model resulting in precise dimensional data coordinated for construction. Our 3D collision detection software allows us to eliminate conflicts prior to any material being purchased or installed.

Prefabrication

Utilizing a state of the art fabrication shop equipped with the latest overhead cranes, fabrication tools and welding equipment, we are able to service the needs of our clients and maximize both quality and safety.

A dedicated department of expert start-up technicians brings new installations online. Our technicians verify that the intended design criteria are met and all systems are functioning properly.
